In a recent UK study, it was found that certain foods can actually help you naturally burn fat by speeding up your metabolism. These special slimming foods are called fat burning foods .

These almost magical foods include EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids) which come mainly from fish. Berries and Apples also have a similar effect. We also have cinnamon, which help metabolize sugar. And perhaps the most effectve fat burning food is chilli, or cayenne pepper. The studies showed that by adding chilli to your meals you could burn up to 5lbs per week!
